Return & Refund Policy (Manta Systems)

Overview

Manta Systems sells (1) the R1 Feeder as a reservation or preorder, (2) digital products such as eBooks, and (3) physical products such as printed books. This policy explains when refunds or returns are available and how to request support.


1) R1 Feeder Reservation or Preorder

Reservation deposit and cancellations

The R1 Feeder is currently offered as a reservation or preorder deposit. All deposits are non-refundable, except where required by law. The deposit reserves your place in a future production batch and is associated with your order confirmation.

If the expected ship timeline materially changes, we will notify you using the email address provided at checkout.

After shipment and delivery

Once the R1 Feeder has shipped and is delivered as a physical product, returns or refunds are available only for units that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Report window: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How to request support: Email [support@mantasystems.net] with your order number and photos or video showing the issue.
Resolution: If approved, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
Return shipping: If a return is required for a confirmed issue, we will provide instructions and cover return shipping or advise next steps depending on the case.
Refund timing: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval (and after return receipt if a return is required).


2) Printed Books (Hardcopy)

Manta Systems only offers returns or refunds for printed books that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for reasons such as preference, accidental orders, or changes of mind.

3) Digital Products (eBooks)

Because digital products are delivered electronically, all eBook sales are final once the download link has been delivered or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your eBook due to a problem on our side, contact [support@mantasystems.net] with your order number. We will work to resolve access or provide a replacement file. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may issue a refund.
